Refund Policy & Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your parcel has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Certain specific products will have different return dates ranging from 30 days to 365 days and those will be specifically mentioned in the respective product page. Once a product is ordered, it can't be cancelled due to any reason. The product will be shipped to you as per the shipping policy. It shall be eligible for a refund/replacement only if it fulfills the conditions mentioned in this page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The basic premise of a refund will be that the product is defective and not as per the product description mentioned on the website's product page. We don't take any responsibility if the address entered is incorrect. We request you to fill in your details with utmost care.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order number or email address or customer name under which order was placed)
ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process (if applicable)
If you need to return an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for approval and instructions. Email us with the reason you require a refund. If item is damaged upon receipt, please email us with pictures immediately. Do not ship your product to us without email approval and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Credit card companies and banks often have their own processing time before they post a refund. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will not be held responsible for a refund if the product description is misunderstood or misread.

Shipping products approved for Return
If we approve a return, please send product to the international address provided in the email we send to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over NZD $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Invalid Reason :
Buyer no longer wants the item - This is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at New Zealand Trends. The buyer should make sure that he / she / they want to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. Buyer found item cheaper elsewhere - Buyer should be confident that he/she/they should be ready to pay the asking price before submitting an order.
P.S. The customer is legally bound by the policies once a payment is made.
